Once the Broker has logged in, then all agents from their office will be allowed access in to BAM as well. They will also use the BAM tile on their dashboard.
First, your Broker in charge must login into the Bridge platform for Bridge to register the office. They can access this platform from their Clareity dashboard, which will login them directly in to BAM. Once the Broker has logged in, then all agents from their office will be allowed access to sign agreements.
Then the agent can:
- Log into the Bridge Management Dashboard
- Click on Agreements and create a NEW IDX AGREEMENT (must be a Scheduled H)
- Choose the vendor "REALTYTECH" and Agree to Terms
- Finish the Application Setup
After it is completed, this will send a notification to all parties of the agreement for approval which includes the Broker, the Vendor, the Agent and the MLS.

You will receive an email from RealTracs for the Nashville MLS contract. Please have that signed and completed for your IDX to be approved. If we cannot find your name in the system, we will reach out to you for further information.
You will receive an email from Trestles for the Beaches MLS contract. Please have that signed and completed for your IDX to be approved. If we cannot find your name or your broker in the system, we will reach out to you for further information.

If you do not want to provide us with this information please contact your domain host and have them adjust your A record to 136.179.3.160 and create a CNAME for ex:- search.yourdomainname.com that points to apexidx.com. These changes are only to be made when your website is ready to go live.
