Click on the “IDX Login” link located in the right column of this page. Login using your username and current password. Go to “Your Profile.” Here you can change your personal contact information, including your password. Press “Update” when you’re finished.
Yes, as long as you upload your listing to the MLS. IDX123 will display any and all information that you upload. IDX123 will display up to 12 photos and even a virtual tour provided you upload the link. IDX123 will only display Active listings. A Sold listing will not show up in you property search.
Yes. Your clients can receive listings from you in a few different ways.

  1. You can perform a search yourself and choose the “Email this listing to a friend” option.
  2. Your clients can perform a search and choose “Save this search/Get FREE emailed listings”. They will then have all listings that match their search criteria sent to them daily.
Click on the “IDX Login” link located in the right column of this page. Simply enter your username and click “Forgot Password?” and your password will be emailed to you.
Yes, it is perfectly legal to display any and all properties in the Featured Properties section of your site. These listings are there to show your knowledge of the area and the available properties on the market.
Look in the right column under “IDX Login”. Once logged in you can update your contact information, edit your featured homes, and view all subscribed users.
